The vertical sibling of fliph: pixels flip top-to-bottom, which rescues negatives scanned upside-down-and-mirrored and the occasional camera rig mounted the wrong way.
Same rules as fliph: images only (a flipped PDF would be unreadable, so it's declined with a clear reason), on-device, backed up first, undoable.
