Size limits are the most common reason anyone compresses anything: Gmail's 25 MB, Discord's 25 MB, a form's 10 MB. The 25mb command works backwards from that number — RenameTo reads the file's duration, computes the bitrate that lands under the target, and encodes once with Apple's hardware encoder.
The number is yours to choose: 8mb, 25mb, 300mb — any whole number of megabytes right before the extension. Stack it with a format change (video.25mb.mp4) to convert and compress in one pass. The original is backed up before processing; Undo restores it alongside a format-changing output rather than deleting that output.
